Zen’s proximity to three superb beach clubs (Zest, Palm and Denizim), make this property a great base for a holiday in Kalkan. The beach clubs offer water taxi services across to Kalkan harbour during the day and it’s also possible to walk to the old town quarter from the villa within about 12 minutes along a relatively flat road. 

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and has private covered parking by the main entrance. 

Ground floor (entrance level): 

The entrance door to Villa Zen opens into a light, open plan living area comprising a comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV and entertainment system, dining area and well-equipped modern kitchen with island breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of appliances – oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. 

Full height glass sliding doors open out onto the pool terrace and these offer stunning views across the bay. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level. 

There are two staircases from this floor – one to the upper level and one to the lower ground floor. 

Lower ground floor: 

The lower ground floor has a large central communal area with comfortable seating and access to a pretty courtyard-style terrace. There are three spacious bedrooms on this level. All three are en-suite; two have large double beds, one of which has a Juliet balcony with great sea views. The third is a twin room and this opens onto the courtyard garden.  

A laundry / utility area is also located on this level. 

First floor: 

The stairs from the ground floor living area lead directly to a magnificent master bedroom suite which occupies the whole of the first floor. This en-suite bedroom has a super-king size bed and opens onto a fabulous terrace furnished with comfortable seating and sun loungers, so that guests can take in the panoramic views over Kalkan bay.
